Synageva's executive offices and clinical operations are located in the heart of the Boston biotechnology cluster. Waltham is home to over 25 biotechnology companies and is located just 8 miles outside of Cambridge and downtown Boston.

Athens, Georgia
Synageva's Research, Development, and Manufacturing operations are located in Athens – the academic center of Georgia. Athens is just 60 miles outside of Atlanta in beautiful Clarke County.
